GSM Source to Pay team is looking for an ERP Project Analyst who will play critical roles for the deployment of ERP systems in corporate and worldwide businesses. This position will be expected to work closely with key business process owners across the organization to understand their business requirements and challenges in Requisition to Pay (RTP) process workstream and collaborate with IT and implementation partners to design and configure the ERP solution and validate through rigorous testing. This position will also be expected to drive the transition process to the new environment and operating processes through arranging workshops, conducting training and other change management activities.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Provide functional process and SAP subject matter expertise as needed
Provide input to PM on project planning tasks, including specific task descriptions, durations, and resources required
Support identification of detailed Business requirements
Lead process reviews to define to-be process (focus on creating solutions that comply with GT standard where possible and reduce variations across divisions)
Validate the SAP design being implemented with business receivers and GPOs
Gather required data and information to prepare for workshops
Follow-up on open items and issues from workshops and day to day project work
Identify, document, resolve and escalate issues
Gathers additional information from stakeholders in their subject area as needed
Assist in the testing process and assuring the necessary resources are available for testing (SIT lead, UAT support)
Work with business to identify and build test scenarios needed to ensure all business processes are adequately tested during integration testing
Assist with development of training material by providing detailed content
Prepare and deliver training to business receivers/users
Identify risks as they surface during the entire life of the project and communicates those risks to the project management team (RAID log)
Identify which standard GT reports and forms are needed to satisfy business requirements
Provide input and support for data team for objects in scope for project (data mapping, data validation)
Assist in assuring that communication flows through all process areas and all partners on the project
Assist in cutover planning, the development and delivery and training documentation, and communicating upcoming changes to the business
Project involved with:
SAP S4 Hana Private deployment projects for global/NA businesses
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree required (ideally Business or Supply Chain) and master's degree will be desired
3~5 years of working experience in leading S2P Source to Pay ERP deployment projects, preferably PS to SAP or equivalent business knowledge
Experience in project management process, methodologies, and tools
Deep function/business process expertise and operations experience in Procurement/Supply Chain areas
Proven ability to operate within cross functional teams
