Position Summary
Shipping Coordinators primary responsibility is to process incoming packages for the related order number and ship them back out to the end user. This includes adding any requested accessories to those orders and double checking the order against the device to ensure the proper equipment was received. They are also responsible for any task requested by the Shipping Lead position and Logistics Manager. This may include but are not limited to completing any clearance documents requested, Final Order Review if need be, help with receiving incoming packages or processing/receiving pallet shipments.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process and track incoming shipments
- Manage inventory of devices and accessories
- Match incoming devices to open order
- Process shipments quickly to achieve shipping related SLA
- Record all data for outbound shipments
- Process return orders in from clients
- Equip and provision devices as required
- Assist with Final Order Review
- Move and organize packages that may weigh up to 40 lbs.
- Provide support to Helpdesk, Logistics and Project Management teams
- Must be available to work 8 hour shift between 8am-7pm Monday-Friday
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent attendance record
