Nesco Resource is in search of a Test Engineer for a full-time direct hire opportunity located in Wallingford, CT. This is an exciting opportunity for someone that is passionate about electronics, motivated by hands-on work and eager to contribute to innovative projects and work on testing and validation of cutting-edge parts.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work on multiple projects to test and validate various parts and systems.
- Perform validation and qualification tests, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Develop, document, and execute test plans and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze test results, identifying potential issues and providing failure analysis.
- Support the design team with risk analysis and contribute to new design validations.
- Coordinate and schedule testing activities, anticipating future workload.
- Possibly interface with DevOps teams for collaboration and tool integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in test engineering (open to candidates early in their career as well as those with more extensive experience).
- Strong skills in risk analysis, compliance and failure analysis.
- Proficient in developing test plans, performing data analysis and generating reports.
- Knowledge of programming and software tools for testing.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Motivated and proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.

- Salary range: $70K - $75K depending on education/experience
