| Level I | -Experience level spans from untrained-to becoming competent in all basic lab procedures and basic processes and test methods as defined by the specific R&D team -Participates as a contributing team member, for example in 5S or an audit team -Supports the lab with simple side responsibilities as needed -Possess a high degree of reliability and integrity -Provides productive support of projects with focus on accuracy and throughput |

Additional Details:
- Juggling multiple tasks and working on 20-30 projects at a time
- Responsible for cutting samples with power tools
- Prepping, labeling and Organizing samples
- Follow testing instructions
- Finding why material failed in the field with failure tests
- Tests will be outlined in STMS and SOPS
- Need to be very organized and efficient with work
- Need to be a self-starter, you will be given autonomy and are expected to complete tasks on time
