Candidates must be able to lift 35lbs. Forklift is required.
Purpose of Position:
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
Loading and unloading trucks, order picking, wrapping products, packing, labeling shipping and receiving.
Checking and maintaining count accuracy within the warehouse
Effectively communicate with shift leaders and co-workers from other shifts.
Clean and maintain work area.
Operate forklift, trucks, and/or other industrial vehicles.
Thorough and accurate completion of required paperwork
Responsible for quality control.
No damaged product is sent out.
No damaged raw material is accepted in.
Stage finished product for loading.
Qualifications
Proven track record on improving processes (lean out the waste).
Strong understanding of warehouse or manufacturing operations, technologies, training methods, etc.
Strong understanding of SAP WMS and ERP system
Experience interacting with Logistics teams
Proactive, data-based problem solving, ability to effectively deal with ambiguity.
Focused on processes and able to establish/design, implement, and measure processes effectively.
Microsoft office suite experience, with proficient Excel skills.
Able to set and communicate priorities and work in a dynamic business environment.
Ability to maintain schedule flexibility based on shift coverage needs.
