Your Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Processing: Oversee the purchase of materials and supplies, ensuring alignment with company needs and priorities.
Vendor Collaboration: Build and manage supplier relationships to secure favorable terms, quality, and delivery performance.
Documentation: Keep thorough records of orders, quotes, and invoices to support finance and ensure compliance.
Cost Management: Analyze vendor quotes and pricing, implementing strategies to control expenses and improve efficiencies.
Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with departments like Engineering and Sales to forecast demands, expedite deliveries, and streamline procurement.
Supplier Oversight: Regularly evaluate supplier performance, addressing issues proactively to ensure high standards.
Policy Compliance: Ensure all purchases adhere to company standards, resolving non-compliance issues swiftly.
Your Qualifications:
Procurement Background: 3 years in purchasing or buying, with strong negotiation and cost analysis skills.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage documentation accurately and maintain organized records. Vendor Relations: Skilled in fostering positive supplier relationships and addressing performance issues.
Multitasking Abilities: Comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
