What Success Looks Like
- Systems Optimization: Analyze current operational procedures, identify inefficiencies, and implement system modifications to enhance performance.
- Application Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of line-of-business applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Software Development & Testing: Research, design, and manage software programs, create applications, and conduct rigorous testing to ensure stability and performance.
- Technical Support & Training: Provide high-quality IT support, troubleshooting, and user training to ensure efficient use of IT systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, develop solutions to internal customer needs, and drive continuous enhancements to IT infrastructure and applications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and develop tailored IT solutions.
- Interface with existing programs, identify areas for improvements, and implement updates.
- Debug software issues, write technical documentation, and train end-users.
- Maintain the IT infrastructure, ensuring system efficiency and security.
- Provide responsive resolutions to IT incidents, supporting a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server for database management and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft platforms, including Windows desktop operating systems, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Understanding of cloud and network infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft ecosystems.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and .NET development is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the Made2Manage ERP system is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT systems analysis, software development, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on operational improvements and efficiency.
