What You’ll Do Each Day:

  • Schedule Management: Create and monitor production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery. Adjust schedules based on material availability and capacity constraints.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with manufacturing, purchasing, and supply chain teams to monitor material flow and production timelines.
  • Project Prioritization: Work with Project Managers to prioritize job orders, ensuring resource availability aligns with delivery goals.
  • Process Oversight: Lead weekly scheduling meetings to align teams on production priorities and address any potential delays.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, reporting on performance and identifying areas for improvement.
     

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience Required: 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment with a focus on production planning and scheduling.
  • Organizational Strength: Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination.
  • Dependability: Reliable on-site attendance and punctuality are essential in this role.

Preferred Skills:

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly address scheduling and resource issues.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ERP or scheduling software is a plus.
