Position Summary: Shift Time 3:00pm - 1:30pm Monday - Thursday with occasional weekend work.
As a Production Quality Technician, you'll be essential to maintaining the quality and compliance of our products as they're manufactured on the production floor. In this role, you'll actively monitor production processes, uphold FDA, cGMP, and SOP compliance, and help safeguard product integrity every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and release production suites and equipment.
- Oversee production activities to ensure adherence to cGMPs and SOPs.
- Perform weight verifications and test metal detection equipment.
- Handle line clearance activities and authorize production to proceed.
- Ensure product quality by closely monitoring for defects during production.
- Issue production line labels accurately and on time.
- Record observations and document data meticulously.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team.
