Nesco Resource in Elizabethtown is hiring for a temporary administrative assistant.
- Must have relevant experience.
- communicate with field campaign associates and customers,
- top notch customer service is a MUST
- Provides various administrative and/or clerical support duties such as filing, typing memos and letters, data entry, mailings answering and directing phone calls
- Responsible for the preparation of department specific documentation such as work orders, invoices, certifications, customer orders etc
- Generates, updates and maintains various reports, databases and templates
- Provides assistance as required in support of the assigned department
- Ability to coordinate projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are needed to work within a close knit team
- Work well with minimum supervision
- All other duties as assigned
