Extruder Operator (General Labor)
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an Extruder Operator. This role is essential in producing core materials in line with part drawing specifications and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
Job Details:
- Position: Extruder Operator
- Shift: 2nd shift, 3:30 pm - 12:00 am, Monday through Friday
- Pay Rate: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate extrusion equipment to produce core material according to specifications.
- Perform changeovers for different extrusion dies.
- Maintain accurate records for product traceability.
- Follow all written and verbal instructions and assist with various tasks as needed.
- Operate calipers and micrometers for quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly and navigate stairs.
- Ability to read and understand job instructions, with basic math skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn new machines and processes.
