Planner Scheduler
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule boilers and ancillary equipment production to meet customer delivery goals.
- Coordinate with purchasing and inventory control to ensure material availability for production deadlines.
- Track and report production metrics and ensure critical deadlines are met.
- Regular attendance and punctuality required.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years in production scheduling, preferably in fabrication and welding.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; APICS certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and detail-oriented.
Skills:
- Effective multitasking, organization, and time management.
- Clear, professional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP system experience required.
- Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
