Use of precision handheld air grinder and measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Finish and repair ceramic hardware product and airfoils using handheld and free standing equipment and tools
• Visually inspect product and identify defects
• Maintain required documentation and paperwork
• Produce quality ceramic cores, meeting production goals and quality requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Communicate effectively with manager, lead person, quality inspectors, engineering, and fellow operators
• Assure proper completion of end of shift duties including production reporting, required TPM, and 6S activities • Know and follow all company safety rules and regulations
Excellent attendance & dependability a must
Willingness to cross-train in other company job functions is expected
- Strong fine motor skills with ability to handle fragile parts

PAY RATE- starting at $16/hr plus $2.50/hr shift premium.
