PRIMARY PURPOSE: Offers administrative support to the Customer Service team, including the preparation of special reports, analyses and assistance to support departments.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executes special assignments and projects as needed with efficiency, precision, and minimal oversight.
Utilizes standard office equipment, including a personal computer, to complete assigned tasks.
Manages, organizes, and maintains files, Responsibilities include typing labels, assembling folders, and keeping file cabinets orderly.
Performs additional office and operational administrative tasks as required.
Requires MS Excel experience
