Total responsibility for making sure employees and our subcontractors on this project comply with all site safety requirements as well as company safety compliance. This individual will have no other duties and will become part of a dedicated safety team encompassing all other trades on this project. This role will require regular meetings and documentation as well as hands-on involvement in developing daily safety plans for our work.
This is a full-time onsite role that reports to the Project Executive.
Requirements:
* Is qualified to recognize safety hazards
* Possesses current certifications in first aid, CPR & AED
* Possesses an OSHA 30-hour card (within the last three years
* Has an academic degree in safety, ASP, CHST or CSP designation OR minimum of three years of work history as a construction safety coordinator
* We're open to someone out of school with certifications
