Prior lab experience is not required, however a strong candidate would have either lab experience or experience following a recipe (like cooking) and experience following test instructions and recording data.
Work Hours M-F 7:30AM-4:30PM with 1 Hour Lunch or 7:30AM-4:00PM with 30 min lunch
Position is NOT a temp-to-perm position. Position will close once project is completed.

- Under direct supervision, performs a variety of routine laboratory operations in a quality assurance or research setting.
- Duties usually consist of following batch tickets, making measurements, performing several routine quantitative and qualitative chemical analytical tests according to standard procedures.
- Assists Chemists in setup of laboratory equipment and in recording data for experiments and procedures.
- Requires knowledge in using various instruments to prepare for and perform tests.
- Performs routine and safety program checks and preventive maintenance on instruments.
- This is an entry-level position.
- Typically requires a high school education, associates degree or equivalent and no prior experience.
