Nesco Resource is looking for CNC Operators- Lathe & Milling, in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift: Monday- Friday, 7AM to 3:30PM. (OT Availability)

Pay: $25-$28/hour or depending on experience

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Setting up and operating machines including Milling and Lathe.
  • Programming experience a plus.
  • Understanding specifications and desired results by reading blueprints/plans.
  • Must have non-manual milling & lathe experience.
  • Prepare materials and load them into machine.
  • Supervise machines as jobs are being completed and make any necessary changes if needed.
  • Basic math and reasoning skills required.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.
  • Must be reliable and responsible.
