We are seeking production associates to play a vital role in our client's manufacturing process. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to meeting customer needs, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the company's success.
Title: Production Associate
Location: Norwalk, OH
Pay Rate: $15.25 - $16.25
Shift: 1 st and 2 nd
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure the consistent and high-quality manufacturing of materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Assist in the packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished products for distribution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for process optimization.
- Work in coordination with logistics and sales teams to facilitate smooth production-to-delivery processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
