Job Summary:

The Sr. Producer, Video Content will be an integral part of the Creative Services team, responsible for overseeing video production for the Marketing & Corporate Affairs - Corporate Communications team. This includes managing all aspects of video production from ideation, storytelling, writing, pre- and post-production, and shoot execution, as well as providing guidance throughout production processes. Reporting to the Manager of Video Content, this role supports the strategic objectives of the Corporate Communications team by creating engaging, high-quality video content that aligns with brand storytelling and messaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling video content that supports enterprise communication goals and brand storytelling. Collaborate closely with the Creative Services video team and Corporate Communications team.
  • Production Management: Lead video projects from concept to completion, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production editing. Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors as needed. Provide on-set direction, manage lighting, and work with various production crew members.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay informed on video trends in social media, online video, and streaming platforms, applying best practices to content creation.

Key Competencies:

  • Creative Ideation: Generate innovative, on-brand, and compelling video concepts, pitching ideas effectively to senior leadership.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in videography, photography, and editing with expertise in Adobe Premiere and After Effects; knowledge of Adobe Audition, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Communication: Clearly articulate creative and technical needs; adapt communication style to different project needs.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively across the Marketing & Corporate Affairs team and other key stakeholders.
  • Judgment & Decision-making: Exhibit forward-thinking, creativity, and a critical eye for detail in all aspects of video production.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of seven years in a similar role in an advertising agency, creative studio, production company, or in-house marketing team.
  • Video reel showcasing experience and skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media trends, video marketing strategies, and digital asset management tools (e.g., Frame I/O, Dropbox).
  • Hands-on experience with all video production aspects, including camera operations, lighting, and audio.
