Schedule:
Training: 1st week Mon-Fri 5am-1:30pm
Monday 7a-5:30, Tues Off, Wed. Off, Thurs. 7a-5:30, Fri. 7a-5:30, Sat. 5a-3:30, Sun Off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Traffic Control: Direct the flow of traffic within the recycling plant
• Spotting: Assist drivers and operators by providing clear and precise directions to navigate tight spaces, load/unload materials, and maneuver safely.
• Safety Monitoring: Continuously monitor the work area to identify potential hazards and implement safety measures as necessary.
• Communication: Use hand signals, two-way radios, and other communication tools to coordinate movements and ensure clear understanding among all parties.
• Compliance: Ensure all traffic and safety procedures comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Working Conditions:

• The position involves working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
