Administrative Assistant – Contract Assignment

  • Rate: $26/hour
  • Assignment Duration: December 2024 - February 2025
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Bagdad, AZ
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex, diversified, and specialized secretarial and administrative tasks to support departmental operations.
  • Handle document preparation, data entry, record management, and filing.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes as needed.
  • Manage calendars and appointments for team members, coordinating travel arrangements if required.
  • Facilitate communication by answering and directing calls, managing correspondence, and greeting visitors.
  • Prepare, review, and edit various reports, presentations, and documents with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Support team projects and handle other administrative tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of administrative experience, with a proven ability to manage complex administrative tasks.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as part of regular duties (e.g., handling office supplies, files, or equipment).
  • Licensing: Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional education in office management or related field is a plus.
