Essential Functions:
- Performs advanced functional testing, software image load and user level configuration of various IT platforms.
- Assembles kits for shipping.
- Uses understanding of effective fault isolation process to diagnose failures to a board level and performs repairs on various technology platforms.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in a technical and/or manufacturing role.
- Ability to read and analyze information and data and perform basic math.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office applications.
