Starting Pay: $20.50/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8 am - 4 pm (30-minute paid lunch included!)
Hybrid - Must be in the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays!

 What you need to apply:

  • High School Diploma Required
    • Associates Degree Preferred!
  • 1-2 years experience in an office environment required
  • Comfortability with Microsoft Office Products, primarily Excel, required
A typical day as an Administrative Assistant / Compliance Generalist might include:
  • Being responsible for running regular reports on various data elements – including performing quality checks on existing data and determining whether there is missing documentation.
  • Coordinating all review/audit activities - including scheduling review dates, providing technical assistance on the day of the review/audit, and running associated reports.
  • Answering and transferring phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Maintaining Calendars, Notes, folders and overall filing systems.
  • Retrieving information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data.
  • Responding to and resolving administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Coordinating and scheduling travel, meetings, and appointments for managers.
  • Preparing agendas and schedules for meetings.
  • Recording and distributing minutes or other records for meetings.
  • Maintaining office supplies and coordinating the maintenance of office equipment.
