What you need to know:
Starting Pay: $20.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am - 4 pm (30-minute paid lunch included!)
Hybrid - Must be in the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays!
Location: Canaan, NY
What you need to apply:
- High School Diploma Required
- Associates Degree Preferred!
- 1-2 years experience in an office environment required
- Comfortability with Microsoft Office Products, primarily Excel, required
- Being responsible for running regular reports on various data elements – including performing quality checks on existing data and determining whether there is missing documentation.
- Coordinating all review/audit activities - including scheduling review dates, providing technical assistance on the day of the review/audit, and running associated reports.
- Answering and transferring phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Maintaining Calendars, Notes, folders and overall filing systems.
- Retrieving information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data.
- Responding to and resolving administrative inquiries and questions.
- Coordinating and scheduling travel, meetings, and appointments for managers.
- Preparing agendas and schedules for meetings.
- Recording and distributing minutes or other records for meetings.
- Maintaining office supplies and coordinating the maintenance of office equipment.
