Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector - 3rd Shift

Job Description:
Applies quality system policies and tools to ensure product quality meets specification. Acts as an integral part of the Quality Team to support company objectives.
Shift: Mon - Fri, 10:00PM - 6:30AM
Essential Functions:
- Performs basic metrology and inspection of components (In process, incoming, receiving, or final.
- Compiles and enters data in Synergy system.
- Retains and archives sample parts and data.
- Works with QE to resolve non-conformance issues.
- Completes capability, DOE studies, documents data.
- Ability to communicate (Read, write, and speak in English.
- Follows work instructions.
- Evaluate/verify various types of documentation.
- Completes First Article on new parts, documents data.
- Maintain QA Lab, keep workspace clear and neat.
- Prepare RMI samples and documentation.
- May require lifting to 50lbs. Standing, bending, sitting.
- Work as directed, work safely.
- Perform necessary moves or transactions in the IQMS system.
Performs all related tasks within the guidelines of the ISO quality management system. Follows written company policy. Position has the authority to shutdown/stop an assigned operation/task for quality and non-conformance issues as well as any safety issue.
Education: High School Diploma Required.
Additional Qualifications/Requirements:
- 1-3 years verifiable experience in a QA role.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment desirable.
- Basic computer skills.
- Any previous metrology, equipment, and measurement instrument experience desirable.
- ASQ certification(s) desirable.
- Personal Protective Equipment Required - Eye Protection required if entering the manufacturing area.
