Assembles electronic components to parts at floor stations.
Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble electronic units according to product specifications.
Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary.
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Incumbent must be able to work from electronic blueprints, specifications, job layouts, and written and/or oral instructions.
Steel toed shoes required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Assembles or repairs miniature electronic parts by operating microscope (soldering and de-soldering components).
May be required to meet certain certifications in field and to have at least 1-2 years of experience.
Special Considerations:
Lifting will exceed 30 Lbs. and/or repetitions of this or lesser weights will be significant.
