We are looking for a Small Engine and Parts Customer Support Representative that can provide considerate and high-quality customer support via phone in topics such as warranty, technical support, and parts orders for small engines. Must be customer friendly, a team player and keep projects moving to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide superior customer service
- Answer customer questions on repair and service of units
- Identify parts via part breakdown or customer description
- Ability to learn and address customer issues with small engines and generators
- Process Warranty claims and customer orders
- Document customer issues and follow up with customers if needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer service experience
- Small engine or automotive experience
- Electrical Background a plus
- Consistent work history
- Display extensive product knowledge
Education / Training Requirements
- High school diploma
