Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30 or 8:00am-4:00pm
- Handle bookkeeping duties.
- Ability to complete pre-qualifications.
- Manage invoicing.
- Assist with company benefits.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
- Assist with any additional office tasks as needed.
- Familiar with Word, Excel, and general office programs is necessary.
- Construction industry experience in an accounting setting is preferred but not required.
