Job Title: Payment Processing Specialist/Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Payment Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer payments and ensuring document compliance within a fast-paced environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer payments accurately and in a timely manner with regards to customer specific requirements.
- Ensure compliance with document requirements for contractors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain efficient workflow.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Communicate professionally and effectively via Microsoft Teams/Outlook.
- Maintain a very-high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
- Have a strong ability to perform customer service in an environment that gets a lot of phone calls.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. A test may be requested.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented work environment.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
- Option for two days with extended hours, with pay differential.
Salary:
- Compensation ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, commensurate with experience.
