Monitoring Associate
Rotating 12 hour shifts.
Requirements:
- Must have the knowledge and skills for the position.
- Qualifications are based on experience quality, not duration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work remotely with a fatigue detection system, reviewing and validating system events.
- Communicate effectively with designated personnel as per procedures.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Available to work afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain good client relationships.
- Keep information confidential.
- Stay alert and detail-oriented during a 12-hour shift.
- Communicate clearly through calls and emails.
- Maintain and update documents.
- Ensure efficient system operation.
- Have basic computer skills.
