JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Under general supervision, evaluates and processes warranty claims.
  • Supports dealers and homeowners by phone and e-mail.
  • Provides customer service for questions related to warranty and product registration.
  • Provides technical support for online tools to track warranty claims and product registration.
  • Reviews warranty claims.
  • Resolves most non-standard warranty items independently.
  • Refers highly unusual situations to higher authority for review and reconciliation.
  • Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 2 years related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Requires a working knowledge of products and parts.
  • Must have developing knowledge of warranty review processes.
  • Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant applications.
