We are seeking a skilled Test Technician to join our team. This role involves conducting production tests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining tools and specialized equipment in the assigned area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronics, testing equipment, and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and perform tests on complete units and components under operational conditions.
- Analyze test results against design specifications and objectives; adjust equipment as needed to meet requirements.
- Record test procedures, results, and data (numerical and graphical); provide recommendations for product or process improvements.
- Maintain and use various tools and equipment, including power meters, oscilloscopes, microscopes, automated/computerized systems, and metric measurement tools.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to define processes and develop improved test methods and tooling for production.
- Assist in test plan development and ensure adherence to customer specifications and applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Test and inspect machines and equipment in manufacturing as needed.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of electronics and testing equipment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality assurance protocols.
- Ability to operate and maintain specialized tools and equipment.
