Provide sales and marketing support as assigned to achieve regional objectives. This will be done by applying sound sales principles, including client visits, telephone sales, group presentations, and active participation in technical and professional associations. Responsible for developing proposals for the company's services in collaboration with the Operations Department and corporate staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide consistent sales support to meet overall area sales goals.
- Conduct regular sales calls to maintain relationships with major existing accounts and establish new ones.
- Make effective customer presentations and ensure proposal pricing is accurate and technically sound, including site walkthroughs and field visits.
- Support marketing efforts to promote the company’s image within the industry.
- Implement area-specific marketing plans on a monthly basis.
- Assist in new service assessments, marketing research, and literature development as needed by the corporate team.
- Engage in public relations efforts to drive sales.
- Actively participate in trade shows and professional organizations.
- Deliver impactful presentations for the company’s Training Services and Speaker’s Bureau.
- Serve as a member of the Area Management Committee.
- Actively contribute as a committee member.
- Assist in the development of area sales and marketing plans.
- Offer new ideas and input for Sales and Marketing activities.

Valid Driver’s License required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Graduate engineer (BSEE/BSME) with no experience, or graduate from an electrical technical school (or equivalent) with five years of similar experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with eight years of similar experience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and occasional overnight travel within the sales territory.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, talk, and hear. The role involves working at a computer and conducting site walkthroughs in construction environments, including work around electrical equipment.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
