Manufacturing Line Lead
Shift: 2nd shift 4pm-12am
Pay: 16.70-18.20
Location: South Tucson
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITES:
- Assure completion on time of the production schedule of the assigned lines complying with quality specification of the product and following the good manufacturing practices under compliance with ISO13485, FDAs CFR 21 Part 820.
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
- Meet production standards provided by the Supervisor
- Follow production schedule provided by the Supervisor
- Maintain within scrap allowances
- Keep production boards updated in a timely manner
- Production documents updated in a timely manner
- Assure all assigned personnel follows operational and quality procedures
- Maintain clean and organized the assigned area.
- Appropriate Line Clearance
- Control the usage of labels
- Material identification and material staging in production lines
- Provide DHR complete and ready to be close by the Supervisor
- Fill production reports with accurate information and on timely manner.
- Appropriate training of assigned personnel
- Diligent to follow instructions, personnel management and good communication skills
- High School
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum 6 months working on manufacturing and managing personnel
