Bookkeeper/Office Assistant
This role involves a mix of bookkeeping, payroll processing, and general office duties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks
- Utilize QuickBooks or similar software (training provided for company-specific system)
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks
Schedule:
- January–April: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- April 16–December: 2–3 days per week
Compensation:
- $17 per hour
Qualifications:
- Prior bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and general computer skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
