Compensation:
$60,000 to $100,000, including base salary, draw, commissions, and bonuses.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market research.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to offer cutting-edge solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to set and achieve aggressive sales and profitability goals.
  • Serve as the key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution and meeting all specifications and deadlines.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to elevate the brand.
  • Track and analyze key sales metrics to refine strategies and exceed targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service, with preference given to experience in the print or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of printing technologies or trends is a plus.
