The Maintenance/Facilities Technician is responsible for supporting the maintenance team in performing preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment, systems, and facilities. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency and safety while adhering to company standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Preventative Maintenance:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on equipment and systems.
- Record maintenance activities and report potential issues to supervisors.

Repairs and Troubleshooting:
- Assist with minor repairs on machinery, tools, or building systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, lighting).
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical or electrical issues under supervision.

Facility Maintenance:
- Address minor facility issues, including painting, carpentry, and basic plumbing tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of maintenance work areas and tools.

Equipment Handling:
- Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and materials.

- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Report hazards or unsafe conditions to management.
