Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; certifications such as CPA or CMA are beneficial.
- 5 years' experience in cost accounting within manufacturing, technology, or project-focused sectors.
- Solid grasp of cost accounting principles including job costing, standard costing, and revenue accounting for projects.
- Skilled in ERP platforms and proficient in Excel; familiarity with cost accounting and project accounting systems like NetSuite, or project management tools is advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, capable of working with various departments and presenting financial information to non-financial audiences.
