Director – Construction Services (Mostly Remote)
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $170K–$180K
Location: Primarily Remote (with occasional travel as needed)

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (required)
- Licensure: CPA licensure (required)
- Experience: 10 years of public accounting experience, ideally with a focus on the construction industry
- Technical Skills: Expertise in US GAAP, GAAS, and SSARS
- Software Proficiency: Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with ProSystem fx Engagement and CCH Tax is a plus
Responsibilities:
As a Construction Director, you will play a critical role in leading engagements and nurturing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading assurance and tax engagements for construction clients, from planning to final delivery, ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time
- Serving as the primary relationship manager, understanding and addressing the unique needs of construction clients
- Mentoring and developing a team of staff, helping them grow professionally while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
- Supporting firm-wide initiatives, including business development, marketing, and outreach to strengthen our position in the construction sector
