- Respond to client inquiries and requests, address complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes across or within departments to enhance efficiency.
- Engage in planning, development, and implementation of operational activities and provide ongoing support.
- Manage incoming emails, route them to the appropriate team members, and take messages when needed.
- Address client and operations requests or questions related to services, products, billing, timelines, and identify areas needing improvement.
- Prepare activity reports for clients and operations management.
- Review and compile photos of completed jobs for photo reports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
