Job title: Warehouse Clerk 
Location: South Tucson 
Terms: Right to hire 
Salary/hourly: $17.00


Purpose of Position: Coordinate the flow of materials and products from receiving to shipping meeting customs regulations and through production to optimize it in accordance with the plan to satisfy the dates require in customer orders.

Major Areas of Responsibility :
  • Receiving of goods into ERP System
  • Transfer of stocks withinPlant's ERP System
  • Pulling and Packing of Deliveries
  • Palletize and wrap shipment
  • Inventory Cycle Counts
  • Storage / Bin Location assignment for stock Inform Purchase order discrepancies to purchasing department and follow up
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehousing, Logistics, International Shipping.
  • Knowledge of ERP System in Warehousing Modules (Oracle, SAP)
Knowledge & Experience Required:
  • Must be customer focused with knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office
  • A professional approach combined with a flexible, positive 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines including follow up
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and ability to work in a team environment or work independently as required
  • Knowledge of SAP inventory control modules.
  • Ability to work using a computer (MS Word, Excel, saving and updating files and folders) as well as basic computer navigation.

  • Ability to set and meet individual goals and deadlines to ensure projects are completed on time.
