Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Shifts:
- A Shift: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
- B Shift: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM (Monday - Thursday)
Location: Westside of Rochester

Job Description: We are seeking CNC Machine Operators who are passionate about precision machining. The ideal candidates should have good attendance, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to provide training to individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
Qualifications:
- US work authorization (Required)
- Associate degree (Preferred)
- 1 year of experience in manufacturing (Preferred)
- Availability for both day and night shifts (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC Mill and Lathe machines to produce high-precision components.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production.
