Nesco Resource, a leading provider of staffing solutions, is actively seeking a motivated and reliable Production Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment. This is an immediate opening for a day shift position with potential overtime opportunities.

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Thursday
• Overtime: Some Friday mornings as required by production demands

Responsibilities:

1. Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of products, ensuring proper movement and positioning.
2. Safely load and unload products into kilns, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
3. Assist in the preparation of mixes used in the formation of grinding tools, adhering to precise instructions and measurements.
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and maintain a consistent workflow.
5. Adhere to quality control standards by inspecting products for defects and reporting any issues to supervisors.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
7. Follow company policies and safety regulations to ensure a secure and productive workplace.
8. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
9. Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and efficiency.

• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
