Are you a precision-driven individual with a passion for machining? Join our team as a CNC Machinist and become an integral part of our manufacturing process. We're looking for talented individuals to operate computer-controlled machines or robots, transforming raw materials into precision-engineered components.

Key Responsibilities as a CNC Machinist:

  • Perform a variety of machine shop operations with precision and expertise.
  • Set up and operate machinery, ensuring the accurate shaping and forming of metal to meet specifications.
  • Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on various machines.
  • Calculate and adjust machining parameters such as speed, feed, and depth to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Detect and report any defects or unusual conditions to management.
  • Measure workpieces using precision instruments like microscopes, gauges, and calipers to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following established protocols.
  • Conduct inspections of machined products, meticulously documenting results.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Pay/Shift Information:

  • 1st Shift Schedule:
    • Monday and Friday: 6 am - 230 pm
    • Should be available to work OT until 4pm during the week and/or Saturday hours
  • Competitive starting pay of $22-$29 per hour, based on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • 3 years experience setting up and operating CNC machinery.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a strong interest in precision machining and CNC equipment.
  • Proficiency in using micrometers and calipers for precise measurements.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong mathematical skills to calculate and adjust machining parameters effectively.
