Responsibilities
- Advocate for quality across the organization. Educate employees on quality standards and practices.
- Define testing requirements. Automate processes to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Manage all phases of the software development lifecycle. Ensure quality from design to delivery.
- Verify that final products meet customer requirements. Maintain software excellence throughout.
- Analyze technical designs and specifications. Provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Develop and execute testing strategies. Uphold the highest quality standards at every stage.
- Participate in root cause analysis programs, such as 8D, 5-Why, and fishbone.
- Communicate findings and recommendations. Work with customers to implement preventative actions.
- Identify potential quality issues using DFMEA or PFMEA tools. Develop solutions with supervisors.
- Refine internal documentation and traceability forms. Improve process efficiency.
- Maintain ISO9001-compliant quality documentation. Support management goals.
- Conduct internal and external audits of quality systems. Collaborate with quality management personnel.
- Partner with the continuous improvement team. Ensure quality during efficiency upgrades.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years in a quality assurance or related role.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills to work with teams and customers effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for digital documentation.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 standards and Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred).
- Growth-Oriented: Willingness to earn certifications in quality and inspection.
