Position: Sales Representative – Residential Countertops

What You’ll Do:
- Client Consultation: Work closely with homeowners, contractors, and designers to understand project needs and recommend the best countertop solutions.
- Product Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of countertop materials, including granite, quartz, and marble, to guide customers in making informed decisions.
- Sales & Quotes: Prepare accurate measurements, detailed quotes, and present pricing options to customers.
- Project Management: Oversee the sales process from initial consultation to installation, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up to date on market trends, new product offerings, and industry advancements.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside designers and installation teams to deliver outstanding results and exceed customer expectations.
- Performance Goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
What You Bring to the Team:
Sales Experience: Background in countertop sales or a related field preferred.
Customer-Focused: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Technical Understanding: Ability to read and interpret design blueprints or sketches.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (Moraware preferred), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and QuickBooks (preferred).
Reliable Transportation: A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
