We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Machine Operators to join our client's team on the first shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery in our production facility, ensuring that products meet quality standards while adhering to safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery in accordance with established procedures.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor production and adjust machines as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
Follow safety protocols and report any issues to supervisors.
Collaborate with other team members to maintain efficient production flow.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required by the job.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and nights, depending on shift availability.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Capable of lifting up to [weight] pounds.
