The selected candidate will serve in a Cyber Program Support role and perform tasks related to cost estimating, budgeting, and planning.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Support team with budgeting and cost management efforts
• Identify and analyze project scopes and establish cost estimates
• Assist in assembling data in support of trending and forecasting for various RMF efforts
• Create and maintain data analysis reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Present project and budget analyses to leadership
• Participate in project cost review meetings
• Participate in regular A&A status meetings with government and contract personnel as cost estimate SME to facilitate progress and address potential issues of RMF system efforts
• Participate in sessions aimed at identifying, planning, and executing strategies in response to emerging cybersecurity/RMF policies
• Provide documentation support and complete other tasks as required by government clients and team
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree and six (6) years of experience with Finance/Accounting, Cybersecurity, and/or Information Technology, or twelve (12) years of hands-on experience with Finance/Accounting, Cybersecurity, and/or Information Technology
• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to convert Excel data into MS PowerPoint
• Ability to perform data analysis, extracting and converting data into Excel from various sources
• Ability to present complex models and analysis to leadership in a clear and concise format
• Ability to create, edit, and maintain documentation
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to build relationships across an organization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as with other personnel and management
• Ability to work successfully as part of a fully remote team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information
Additional Qualifications a Plus:
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in finance/accounting or related field
• Experience working in an IT environment
• Experience working within DoD
• Familiarity with Risk Management Framework
• Familiarity with NIST publications
