What You'll Do:
- Lead and Support: Assist the Shift Foreman with daily tasks and fill in when needed.
- Mold and Equipment Setup: Manage mold changes, set up auxiliary equipment, and minimize downtime.
- Quality Oversight: Collaborate with Quality Inspectors to guarantee high standards.
- Team Supervision: Train and guide operators to follow work and packaging instructions.
- Safety First: Ensure all safety protocols are followed and report any concerns.
- Experience: Must have 2 years in injection molding.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
