What You'll Do:
- Be the gatekeeper of quality—perform inspections, first-piece evaluations, and ensure every product meets the highest standards.
- Work hands-on with operators, providing guidance and training on quality procedures.
- Keep processes sharp by monitoring materials, packaging, and production accuracy.
- Play a key role in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience (plastics experience a plus).
- A high school diploma and a sharp eye for detail.
