Responsibilities/Skills:
- Operate seed treatment equipment such as Coating or Packaging Machines
- Ensure that the seed coating is applied in the correct amounts and that seed is fully coated
- Placing product in machine and monitoring the coating once process is complete, changing to the packaging machine
- Packaging product to customer specifications
- Placing packaged product on to pallets
- Using Forklift or pallet jack to stack finished material and place in holding area
- Ensure paperwork is properly completed
- Clean and maintain warehouse
- Assist with warehouse inventory counts
- General housekeeping of the work area by using the blower and clearing debris
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to lift & carry 50 lbs
- Willing and able to work both indoor & outdoor environments
- Must be able to work on your feet for long periods of time.
- Able to work extra hours and weekends as needed to meet business demands during busy times of year
- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment.
- Work temperatures may vary due to outside temperatures. Must be able to work in a non- climate-controlled environment with temperature ranges from 105 to 32 Fahrenheit.
- Work environment may be dusty.
